Introduction

Welcome to WD138 (referred to herein as "wd138", "the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between wd138 and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers, or otherwise uses the services offered through the wd138 platform at wd138.lat and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised interfaces.

wd138 operates as a premium online casino and sports betting platform, providing Malaysian players with access to live dealer games, video slots, crash games, sports wagering markets, and related entertainment services. Our platform is designed for adult players aged 21 and above and is accessible to users across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other cities and regions nationwide.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the contractual relationship between you and wd138.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a wd138 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. wd138 operates a strict minimum age policy and does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
4. You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
5. You do not reside in, or attempt to access the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of wd138, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
7. You have not previously had an account on wd138 suspended, terminated, or closed for cause.

wd138 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player may hold one (1) account on the wd138 platform at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wd138 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account activity.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any details change.

Prior to processing any withdrawal — and at wd138's discretion at any other point — you will be required to complete KYC identity verification. This process requires submission of the following documentation:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, driver's licence, or passport — front and back, all four corners clearly visible).
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three (3) months (utility bill from TNB, Air Selangor, or similar; or an official bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, or Hong Leong).
• A contemporaneous selfie photograph of the account holder holding the submitted identity document.
• Where applicable, proof of ownership for the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost account).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in any wd138 compliance notice may result in temporary restriction of account functions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Terms of Use

Access to the wd138 Platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis. By using the Platform you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will access the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic advantage-taking purpose.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from any part of the wd138 Platform.
• You will not use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other non-human access mechanism to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from wd138.
• You will not exploit any technical error, bug, or misconfiguration in the Platform's software or odds-setting systems. Any winnings accrued as a result of an obvious technical error are void and will be reclaimed by wd138.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or co-ordinated bonus abuse with other players.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, overburden, or impair its availability or performance for other users.

wd138 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wd138 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong)
• Direct Bank Transfer: IBG and standard bank wire to major Malaysian financial institutions
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH)

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Player's account dashboard. wd138 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with wd138's published Withdrawal Speed Promise: e-wallet transactions are typically completed within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes; bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are target processing times and may vary depending on payment provider processing schedules and KYC status.

Deposits must not be made from third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name. Funds deposited in breach of this condition may be frozen pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

wd138 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP-tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are offered on a one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, and one-per-payment-method basis unless otherwise stated. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple bonus allocations constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
3. Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
4. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, maximum cashout from any bonus allocation is capped at five (5) times the bonus value.
5. Discretionary Revocation: wd138 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time, subject to honouring bonus obligations already incurred by Players in good standing.

The wd138 VIP Programme (Silver, Gold, and Obsidian tiers) is subject to a separate VIP Terms document, which supplements these Terms and Conditions. Tier qualification and tier-specific benefits are determined at wd138's sole discretion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the wd138 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. The following general principles apply across all Services:

• All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and may not be cancelled or amended except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a gaming session, the system will record the state of play at the time of interruption. wd138 will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly based on available server-side records.
• wd138 uses certified RNG systems for applicable game types. These systems are independently audited for fairness. The outcome of any RNG-determined game is final.
• For sports betting markets, wd138 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by verifiable integrity concerns, match abandonment, or manifestly incorrect odds resulting from data provider error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. Players who consistently win at rates that suggest advantage play may have their stakes limited at wd138's discretion.

Specific rules governing individual games — including live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events — are published within the relevant game interfaces and supplement these general Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wd138 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds where applicable, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technical measure to obscure your true geographic location where such use is intended to circumvent applicable restrictions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that exploits non-public information about the outcome of any sporting or gaming event.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or other technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward wd138 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses.

Intellectual Property

All content on the wd138 Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, service marks, game interfaces, and underlying code — is the proprietary property of wd138 or its licensed game studio partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes as a registered Player. This licence does not extend to: reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, creation of derivative works, commercial exploitation, or any other use of Platform content not expressly permitted by these Terms.

The trade mark "WD138" and associated brand marks are proprietary to wd138. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wd138 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain in nature.
• Interruption, delay, or discontinuation of the Platform or any Service for any reason, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors in game content, odds, or results arising from third-party data providers or game studio partners.

Responsible Gambling

wd138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its Players. As part of this commitment, wd138 implements the following player protection measures:

• Age Verification: Mandatory KYC verification to enforce the 21+ minimum age requirement.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration reminders to monitor their time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of their session duration and net gaming position.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

By the Player: You may close your wd138 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via live chat or by email. Account closure will be processed within a reasonable period. Any remaining cleared balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

By wd138: wd138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where: (a) the Player has materially breached these Terms; (b) we suspect fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) the Player has provided false identity information; (d) the Player is found to be ineligible under Clause 3; or (e) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

In cases of termination for cause, wd138 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and, where misconduct is confirmed, to forfeit such balances in accordance with applicable AML and fraud prevention obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or your use of the wd138 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wd138 holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through wd138's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Malaysia or any other jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded or modified.

Amendments to These Terms

wd138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via in-platform notification, email communication to your registered address, or prominent notice on the wd138 website.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit an account closure request prior to the effective date.
